The Complaint Service aims to foster the participation of citizen in local community matters by allowing them to exercise citizenship and report detected problems and to make corresponding complaints and suggestions right from the spot and at any time, taking at the same time into account that the complaint is directed to the correct entity (e.g. municipal department) that signs responsible for the kind of reported problem. On the other hand, the service represents an efficient means of subsequent communication and correspondence between citizen and authority until the final confirmation of the resolution of the problem at the origin of the complaint.

In addition, the Health Care Information Service offers to the mobile user the opportunity to request appointments at the healthcare centre according to his/her needs (medical specialty) and personal preferences (data, time). This generic service feature can of course be easily applied to any sort of appointment (of the citizen) with a particular public service entity (e.g. department of the municipality).
